Professional Experience Highlights

Project Coordinator 2020 – 2021

  • Design, development and quality control of Confluence platform space for CRM/Project Illuminate to ensure an outstanding team collaboration among all TU workstreams, Journey & Process owners and third party partners, e.g. Salesforce, Slalom, SSA.
  • Coordinate and liaison among TU International core teams and other third party partners, to ensure the progress of accurate operational management plans and proactive project management implementation.
  • Carry out an introductory sessions with multiple TU- International teams to explain and facilitate their experience with TU different apps, e.g. Confluence, Rally Agile, SharePoint, SEISMIC-Thesource and access to Business Optix app.
  • Documentation and archiving of TU operational material, documents, videos and other visibility templates.
