Professional Experience Highlights

Program Manager 2018 – 2019

  • Successfully led the implementation of IDEAL Local Governance Program with 16 local cities and local government entities, through managing a team of multidisciplinary expert Project Managers and coordinators throughout the project lifecycle processes.
  • Focused on quality and timeliness ownership for assigned intermediate level service requests
  • Facilitated and coordinated with various International- HQ’s, technical staff experts, implementing partners, beneficiaries, and other key stakeholders on a regular basis to meet all service standards and achieve project/ program’s objectives.
  • Contributed to the formulation of project and program proposals, concept notes and other reporting documents.
  • Effectively implemented and supervised the benchmarking component with 16 local government entities, local authorities and International stakeholders.

Project Manager – 2012 – 2017

  • Developed new internal organizational initiatives to support the strategic direction of Technical Projects’ Services.
