System Analyst

  • Creating onboarding plans for Connected Care IT.
  • Creating support plans and flow charts for Connected Care IT.
  • Supporting internal applications deployed by Connected Care IT for Medtronic Business units.
  • Creating support transition documents and checklists for applications in the process of deployment.
  • Manage ServiceNow and VitalHealth incident tickets from ender users and work collaboratively with technologist and developers to solve the tickets.
