Position: Sr. Infrastructure UCC Engineer

A client is looking for a Sr. Infrastructure UCC Engineer for a 6-9 month contract in St. Paul, MN. This person is to support all telephony systems and related hardware and software used by Contact Centers globally and other business units as required. Candidate will be responsible for project related work, including submission of CAR’s, implementation and providing support and maintenance of all systems. This person must have at least 5 years of technical experience with UCCE Contract Center telephony technologies and applications as well as at least 3 years UCCE or contract center related scripting.

A client in Hopkins, MN is looking for a Lead Data Quality Analyst who will need SQL skills that demonstrate a higher than average capability in the BI domain, ability to apply analytical abilities to diagnose and solve complex issues, and sound knowledge of test methods used in a BI/data warehouse domains. Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a lead or mentorship role and minimum 2 years of experience in BI testing techniques, methodologies, and tools.
