Level II Support
Our direct end client in Brooklyn Park, MN is looking for 30 support level contractors for a 3-6 month project. This position monitors and controls the processing of programs to ensure the highest levels of service and system availability are attained. Establishes production runs, ensuring that appropriate production support procedures are followed, run documentation and data files are available.
Essential Position Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a project team to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Follow and demonstrate an understanding of adopted processes/methodologies
- Develop an understanding of business and technical requirements for each assigned task
- Maintain and support applications as needed
- Update production run specifications
- Create and perform test plans
- Document steps throughout production processing

- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in team/collaborative environment

Our direct end client in the St. Paul, MN area is looking for 2 resources for a 12+ month contract positon. One position will be Payroll IT/Functional resource and the other will be integration workday experience. Preference is local candidates to Minnesota.

Systems Analyst
York Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst for one of our large healthcare clients in Minnetonka, MN. The ideal candidate will have excellent Business Analyst skills while also being able to query data bases, develop data models, and write some basic code. Our client is also looking for a candidate who possesses Project Management skills and is able to follow through unit testing (including bug resolution).
