Our client in the Minneapolis and Colorado areas is seeking an IT Program Manager for a 9+ month contract position. Utility energy experience is a must. Minneapolis or Denver based candidates. Approximately 50% of time will be spent in Minneapolis and 50% in Denver.

Our client in the Chicago, IL area is seeking a Director Systems Engineer to join their team!

Position Purpose
The Director role is responsible for leading a sizable team of professionals that supports operation. The incumbent must be able to solve problems creatively, communicate effectively, and possess the ability to lead others to achieve the critical mission of the team.

Principal Accountabilities

• Provide effective team management, leadership and mentoring. Demonstrate efforts to ensure an engaged, collaborative, and cohesive team.
• Provide a clear and objective vision for team to act on and ensure team members are performing at the needed level to successfully execute the department’s goals.
• Manage the supply of resources vs. demand of workload. Implement processes to ensure workload demand estimates are accurate. Utilize resources effectively across projects to maximize their outputs.

Data Administration Analyst

A client in the Saint Paul, MN area is looking for a Data Administration Analyst for a 6 month contract position.  At this time, due to export control laws, we are not able to sponsor candidates. The Data Administration Analyst will primarily be responsible for following documented business process tasks (both, recurring and non-recurring tasks) to maintain accurate product information in systems for business uses including digital product catalogs internal to and those with our channel partners. 

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following

• Responsible for completing regular recurring Product Information Management tasks following documented processes and procedures within expected time frame; these will include (but is not limited to) Product profiling, Auditing product information, Updating product information in systems, Product Information error resolutions and Monthly audits
• Maintain accurate and timely status updates in task tracker system
• Troubleshoot with IT teams and escalate system/data/reporting issues to supervisor
• Able to multitask projects and manage shifting priorities

Qualifications

• 1+ years of product information management and analysis experience
• Advanced Excel Expertise: Must have used excel to compare data, find and replace information, filter and sort, clear formatting, used VLOOKUP formula for analyzing, comfortable working with multiple spreadsheets at a time
