A client located in St. Louis Park, MN is looking for a Network Engineer candidate to work on a contract basis for at least six months. The main responsibilities of the position will be to provide phone support for technical issues reported and perform on site hardware and software installations. The candidate will work independently to perform internal or external consulting engagements like hardware assessments. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 year degree in a computer field or a combination of relevant education and equivalent experience, strong knowledge of computers and/or networks, and extensive knowledge of Active Directory.

Position: Senior Manager – IT Service Desk
This position, located in Chicago, IL, will last for at least six months. The candidate will be responsible for the project and process management of technology infrastructure services, managing the IT Service Desk team, and monitor open tickets and escalate to appropriate staff when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent experience and a minimum of five years managing an IT Helpdesk. This position will require some travel within the Chicagoland area and the candidate should be able to work overtime and after normal business hours as needed.

Position: Senior System Engineer
A client in Chicago, IL has a need for a Senior System Engineer candidate to work on a contract basis for at least six months. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing and maintaining HMISS core and distributed server, storage and network environment. The role will have frequent contact with other Information Technology team members to resolve and implement technology solutions as well as contact with technology vendors and external customers and/or conference facility staff. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science or Management Information Systems) or equivalent experience.

Position: Windows System Administrator
This position is located in Maple Grove, MN and is on a contract-to-hire basis. The candidate will be responsible for the management of multiple Windows servers in a highly dynamic environment, building and modifying systems to meet project and user requirements, and will participate in design reviews. Qualifications include five or more years of experience with a combination of education and/or certifications in a Microsoft environment and proven advanced skills with Windows commands/utilities. Experience with Linux is also preferred.
