York Solutions, a veteran owned IT consulting firm that uses a non-transactional, value-based approach to provide clients with custom workforce solutions to fit their business needs to successfully complete IT projects, was named as one of the 2019 Best Places to Work by The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal is celebrating its 21st annual Best Places to Work awards — the Twin Cities’ longest-running awards program recognizing great workplaces. The Best Places to work list rates companies based on employee survey feedback. Together with research partner Quantum Workplace, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal asked employees of participating companies in a confidential survey and determined the honorees based on the responses.
Quantum Workplace provides companies with information about what employees are really thinking and offers valuable information that can be used to improve the day-to-day operations and workplace environment.
