After discussing the urgency and complexity of the work with the customer and creating a custom approach, York was selected to step in and salvage the situation. The first step involved a thorough review of the existing cutover plan. Identifying critical gaps and inefficiencies, our team recommended several strategic changes and formulated a new roadmap for the migration process. A team of 12 migration architects, supported by a lead, was assembled to provide the necessary expertise for seamless direction, scheduling, and application allocation.
