How it Works

3 Step Approach Engagement Model

  • Perform Objectives Discovery Section with the client leaders responsible for the engagement. Identify the critical elements and information needed to ensure expectations are understood. (1 -2 meetings at no charge to the client)
  • Propose SOW 1 for the initial phase. SOW1 includes cost, timeline, requirements documentation, high-level solution design, and work plan for the full project. SOW1 will include a proposal for SOW2.
  • Propose SOW 2 which will outline the work to be done to deliver the project including test plans, implementation, ongoing support and/or transition plan back to the client organization.
Throughout the engagement, deliverables will be frequent and iterative. The York team will align to the client’s tools and methodologies and will support their PMO for status reporting, escalations and gate reviews. Work will be managed by York IT Delivery experience professionals leveraging a York Quality Operating System. The York team can function co-located with the client or nearby at a local York development center.
