Exam Preparation and Fees
While there are no pre-requisites for the exam, to ensure success, SAP recommends combining education courses and hands-on experience to prepare for your certification exam as the questions will test your ability to apply the knowledge you have gained in training. The SAP website also provides suggested training for each Topic Area that will be tested on the exam and provides a PDF of a few sample questions that one might see on the exam. As can be expected, candidates are not allowed to use any reference materials during the certification test which means no access to online documentation or to any SAP system.
While the cost of the exam is $500, the costs of the optional, additional training for the exam can range between $423 and $1,200 depending on the course you take so that is also something to take into consideration.
