IT Tools Analyst
Our direct end client in St. Paul, MN is looking for an entry-level consultant for a 12+ month project. Due to export control laws, we need US citizen or GC holder. Client is looking for entry-level contract position to serve as an IT Tools Analyst who will be responsible for supporting and developing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes that are supported within the SAP Solution Manager environment. This may include areas such as Business Process Monitoring, Job Monitoring, Change Request Management, Operations Control Center, Custom Code Management, and Test Management.
Given this is an entry level position, primary responsibilities include working towards these capabilities, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform configuration analysis across SAP Solution Manager Application Life Cycle Management processes and associated integration points
- Provide functional knowledge for the applications supported by Quality Services organization and associated Application Lifecycle Management processes
- Ability to resolve complex business requirements via SAP configured solutions
- Work closely with the Technology teams to develop new functionality and provide functional and technology support on SAP Application Life Cycle Management processes
- Accountable for end-to-end resolution of incidents; track and monitor incidents throughout the lifecycle
